KILLEARN HEALTH CENTRE 2021 FLU and Covid Booster CAMPAIGN
The majority of General Practices will not be vaccinating their own patients. This service will be run by the Health Boards instead at central locations.
HOWEVER, as a Practice, we have decided, in the best interests of our patients, to offer this service in house. Therefore WE WILL be running flu clinics in the Practice. for all those aged 50 and over and those in at risk groups
We will be contacting all eligible patients over the coming weeks, generally in order of age criteria. Please wait until you are contacted by the practice

We currently have a vacancy for a receptionist at Killearn Health Centre- A copy of the advert is HERE
We are and indeed always have been open to ensure our patients have access to quality health care, albeit using a variety of consultation types.
We are gradually increasing the face to face consultations for specific conditions However it is still likely a GP will initially discuss your condition over the telephone to plan your treatment This may include a face to face consultation. Please bear with us as we work our way out of this pandemic

New Clinical Team Members-From August 2021. Book an appointment directly. No need to see a GP to access these services.
We have a Specialist Mental Health Nurse working with us. Nicola consults in the surgery. If you suffer from low moods, stress, anxiety or have trouble controlling you emotions ask staff for information on how to make contact with Nicola.
We also have an Advanced Physiotherapist consulting. Caroline also consults in the surgery and will see you for any joint or muscle problems you may have. Book an appointment at reception
